Hay was wonderin if any one can help me, i am goins a course, and i am researing illnesses and diseases you may come across in dogs. these are ones i have found

Worms
Kennel Cough
Parasites
Skin diseases in dogs

i know their is hundreds and hundres but can any one list a few more for me so i can research more into them.

You can look for the common ailment of the various breeds on the Internet. Or you can get a book from the local library and look at the index for clues. Unfortunately there is an endless list of the diseases which inflict dogs.

Impacted anal glands.
Anal abscesses.
Furuculosis/ This is referred to as Perianal Fistulas outside of the UK.
Crohn’s disease.
Addison’s disease.
Under and over active Thyroid.
Hyperkeratosis.
Allergies.
Cancer.
Stomach Torsion.
Arthritis.
Cataracts.
Diarrhoea.
Constipation.
Convulsions.
Kidney Failure.
Cruciate ligament injuries.
Parvo virus.
Leprospirosis.
Hip displacia.
Lyme disease.
Prostrate problems.

Edit. Re the comments from “Just the False”. This has prompted me to mention that dogs also have mental problems. Unfortunately this is one of the problems that we share with them. There are also people who are just extremely rude.
